If you are walking 5 kilometers to loose weight you can do it slowly and calmly you do not have to walk faster and faster. Walking fast will not help you loose weight however covering the 5 km will.
In the same manner, if you’re new at exercising it is recommended that you start from ten to fifteen minutes. If you exercise forty five minutes the first day, your body tissues and muscles will break extensively giving you a lot of pain. So always take things slow while exercising there is no need to rush.
Exercise bores me:
Yes, another common reason as to why people not prefer exercising. If exercising bores you then you really need to do something to make it interesting. You can exercise with friends or exercise outside your house the view takes your mind off the moves your making. Listen to your favorite music or exercise in front of television. There are a million things you can do to make exercise interesting; you just need to give it a chance. If you do not like one exercise leave it and switch to another one. There are so many exercises quitting on one wont do you any harm.
Exercise makes me tired:
It surely does make you weak. It is because when you exercise your muscles and tissues break. To rejoin them you need to eat proper food and drink a lot of water. When you don’t do this your body becomes weak and then stays weak. So next time, with in an hour of exercising have eight ounces of water along with something nutritious.
Plus if exercise does make you weak, it also makes you sleep like a two year old. After some days when your body becomes used to it you feel energetic after you exercise. Exercise becomes your personal energy booster!
Exercising takes a lot of time!
We are not asking you to exercise 24 hours a day. All you have to do is exercise thirty minutes a day which is just 2% of the entire 24 hours. So what you are saying that out of 24 hours you cannot take out 2 % to bring your body back into shape? If you cannot do it then you need to set your priorities straight because nothing is more important than your health. If you are healthy only then you will be able to do the rest of the worlds work.
